We are offering an internship for a mature and enthusiastic individual who is willing to learn about and broaden their knowledge on Business Development and Marketing in a start-up environment.
What you will learn:
You will learn the entire process of how a prospect makes their way down the sales
funnel – Prospect Generation, CRM Lead Management and converting Leads into
You will learn how to qualify a prospect and what makes them interesting for us.
There will also be an element of Admin work so your knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite will improve, as will your meeting booking skills.
You will learn about our business and what industry it is we are in. Check out our

You will also get to see how our Developers work so you can get an insight into that side of the business.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for someone tech-savvy who will hit the ground running and throw
themselves into this position. You should be self-motivated and grab initiative as there will be times that you will be asked to work on your own accord. Positivity and team moral is key!
We have weekly meeting where the goals for the week ahead are discussed so the
ability to present or report and update are important.
What you will be doing:
Data migration from our old CRM to our new one.
Be involved in the prospecting of new leads and qualifying them so they can be introduced into our mailing sequences.
Data management within our new CRM – Tag leads and clean up their profiles.
Use professional social networking site LinkedIn to get info on prospects.
Depending on English language skills, start booking in overview and demo calls of prospective leads.
Support the CEO, Business Development Manager, Prospecting Manager and Data Analyst in their daily duties.
Our team is young and international with employees and interns from China, France, Italy, Germany and Russia.
Age (16-40, 18-25, 25+…): 25+ preferably but would consider a mature 21+
Area of studies: Business, Marketing
Spoken languages and level required (A1-C2): B2+ But C1 preferable
